ELIZABETH WRIGHT
FOUNDER
Elizabeth Wright graduated from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton with a Business Marketing Degree before returning to her roots in Minnesota. Elizabeth was a successful residential realtor in the West Metro market beginning in 2004. In 2013, she founded Paragon Builders, as a residential and commercial general contractor, Paragon is a woman owned, operated and licensed building contractor, located in the Twin Cities.
Elizabeth is an honorary inductee of the National Association of Professional Women of The Year Circle for excellence, leadership and commitment to her profession while encouraging the achievement of professional women. Elizabeth’s team collectively brings over 35-years of expertise in the areas of residential luxury home Restorations, innovative senior housing, multi-family housing, with specialized expertise in water intrusion repair. Paragon has built a thriving client-driven project list solely on word-of-mouth and referral business.
TREY W. BOWMAN
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Trey Joined Paragon Builders to oversee the company’s accounting, tax, budgeting, treasury and finance, planning and analysis functions. Trey previously led a Federal General Engineering Contractor as its Vice President, CFO in California for several years prior to joining Paragon.
As the CFO of Paragon Builders Trey Bowman is responsible for executing PGB short-term and long-term goals including its continued growth in its primary markets, growth into new markets and expansion into new service offerings as well as establishing internal controls to mitigate risk. His guiding philosophy for his work and his role at PGB is to constantly put people over profit.
Trey has demonstrated strength in working as a strategic business partner with executive leadership teams while delivering overall financial goals.
Trey’s keen eye for detail, integrity and leadership skills are helpful in his role as he is responsible for all PGB accounting and finance activities. His vast experience and knowledge are invaluable to the PGB team and our clients.

JEFF SCHULER
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION MIDWEST
Jeff has more than a decade of construction experience guiding clients from concept to completion. Jeff started his career as an architect and has transitioned into construction management. Jeff has experience in water intrusion, multifamily, commercial construction, renovation, and historic restorations.
Jeff’s unique understanding of the entire construction process and problem-solving skills makes him a tremendous asset in any construction process. His leadership is exemplified in design build projects and in the pre-construction phase. Jeff has excellent working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and project-related personnel resulting in successful construction experiences.
He maintains an architecture license in Minnesota and North Dakota. Jeff is a member of AIA and has been a part of NAIOP and its various committees.
JOSH KOEHLER
VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION SOUTHWEST
Thirty years of practical, hands-on experience, and education makes Josh a true builder. Josh leads with a humble personality focusing on mentoring with compassion and integrity. Leading by example, is the most important attribute that Josh continues to live by. In his career Josh has worked at regional firms and nation-wide companies, adding value in all process along the way.
Josh’s core belief: become a value-added partner early in the pre-construction process. Years of experience delivering Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and CM at Risk, has taught him the value of Subcontractor partnerships, so important to the success of all projects big or small. Ideally, being brought in early on pre-construction, has led to the overall high success rate when delivering his Multifamily, Senior Living, Industrial, and Commercial projects to clients.
